Note: Parking is free on campus, except in the pay-and-display car parks. As we are out of term time at Maynooth University, permit parking is free, but paid parking is still required.

Please note: Each poster/paper must be covered by at least one full registration (member/non-member) in order to be included in the proceedings.
Registration includes lunches and refreshments. There will be an optional conference dinner on Wednesday evening, 21st January 2026. This option will incur an additional cost of €50 and is available as an add-on when registering through the registration link.

Author Registration: Each paper must have at least one author registered (which is a regular, i.e., non-student registration)
Student registration: Participants must be full-time students to be registered as students and must provide valid evidence of their full-time student status (e.g., a scan of their student card) upon arrival.
Visa Invitation Letter: VISA Invitation Letters will only be issued to registrants whose registration fee has been paid in full.
Conference anti-harassment policy: The open exchange of ideas and the freedom of thought and expression are central to the values and goals of HCAI-ep. Hence, we are committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience, and all events held at HCAI-ep must comply with the ACM policy against harassment. Participants violating these standards may be sanctioned or expelled from the meeting at the discretion of the conference organisers. If you believe that you or any attendee has been subjected to any conduct of the type prohibited by this Policy by another attendee, you are urged to report the relevant facts to the local organising chair or the DEIA chair, depending on which individual you feel more comfortable contacting under the circumstances.

Reservations are open 8.30-5.30 Mon-Fri and 9.00-5.30 Saturday.
