Presentation Guidelines :To allow for maximum creative freedom, there is no official template for your slides. You are welcome to use your own design or institutional branding.

Please find the timing allocations for your presentations below:

Short Papers: 15 minutes total (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

Full Papers: 25 minutes total (15 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)

We kindly ask that you keep your presentations within these time limits to ensure the day runs smoothly and all authors have an equal opportunity for discussion. Please note that the below schedule is currently subject to change as we finalise the logistics. We recommend checking the link periodically as the event approaches for any minor timing adjustments.
