Registration:

HCAI-ep 24 | Human-Centred AI in Education and Practice Conference

Please note: each poster/paper must be covedered by at least one full registration (member/non member) in order to be included into the proceedings!

Registration includes lunches and refreshments. There will be an optional conference dinner on Monday evening. This will have an additional cost of €40 and is available as an add-on when registering (bottom of the ticket lists). Note this meal does not include alcohol (this can be individually purchased separately).

Finally, if you have been accepted for a poster, there is also an add-on option to have the poster printed and put up for you, so when you arrive it is already set up, this is at a cost of €30 and is available as an add on in registration.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to MCM SRL. Full refund will be provided for cancellations made before November 26 2024 less 20 Euro for administrative expenses. No refund will be made for cancellations after November 26, 2024.

BILLING

Copy of the invoice will be disposable for downloading in your personal area of the system soon after the registration payment will be received from the Organizers. To re-enter the system please use your user and password received by e-mail.
